Clinova Academy is a clinical research training institute in Pune, Maharashtra. We train pharmacy, life science, and medical graduates for careers in Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Data Management, Medical Coding, Medical Writing, and Medical Scribing. These are the six roles that pharma companies, CROs, and hospitals across India hire for the most, and they are exactly what our courses are built around.
What makes Clinova different from other training institutes in Pune is straightforward: our faculty are working professionals. Every module is taught by someone who is currently doing the job, whether that is a practising CRA, a PV specialist, a data manager, or a medical writer. They do not teach from textbooks. They teach from what is happening in the industry right now, including current ICH-GCP guidelines, the latest regulatory requirements, and what hiring managers at CROs and pharma companies actually look for in a candidate.
Clinova Academy has trained 1,700 students to date, issued 1,500 professional certifications, and placed 1,200 graduates in jobs at companies like Accenture, Cognizant, Parexel, ICON plc, Lupin, and Sun Pharma. Among students who complete the full programme, our placement rate is 95% and above. We run small batches, give personal attention to every student, and stay involved until each one gets placed.
